About Services
I offer individual psychotherapy both in-person and online. I draw from a number of modalities including Mindfulness, Focusing, Ego State Therapy and the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model.
Standard Rate - $150/ 50-minute session.
Sliding Scale – I reserve a small number of slots at $100-$145/ 50-minute session depending on financial need. Please indicate in your initial inquiry if you require a low-cost rate. **(Sliding scale services are currently full)

Types of Therapy
Felt Sense Polyvagal Model
Developed by Jan Winhall, the FSPM combines polyvagal theory (nervous system regulation) with traditional attachment and somatic based approaches to treat trauma and addiction.
Ego State Therapy
Originally used in hypnosis, Ego State Therapy uses parts work to understand our multitudinal self.
Focusing Oriented Therapy
Developed by philosopher Gene Gendlin, FOT is a somatic modality that teaches clients to use the principles of Focusing in therapeutic recovering.
Feminist Therapy
Feminists were the first therapists to recognize trauma and cultural context as essential parts of ones lived experience. They worked to de-pathologize coping in an unhealthy world.
Client Centered Therapy
Coined by Carl Rogers, Client Centered Therapy was developed 80 years ago as a novel response to psychodynamic approach. It prioritizes empathy, genuine acceptance and understanding.
Attachment Based
Attachment Based psychotherapies explore how early attachment to primary caregivers impacts our relationships, to self and others.
